AWR 136 Developing Cybersecurity Resiliency for Everyone
This eight-hour, non-technical introduction to cybersecurity designed to empower individuals and organizations with the awareness and practical skills needed to combat today’s cyber threats. Whether at work or at home, participants will learn how everyday actions can strengthen cybersecurity and prevent disruptions to business, government, and emergency response operations. This course goes beyond theory—delivering hands-on techniques that provide immediate personal value and foster a lasting culture of cyber hygiene and resilience across your organization.

Caring for Our Patients with Autism
When: Tuesday, October 21st
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Learn about autism spectrum disorder, how it can affect patient care for both children and adults, and best practices to help communicate with and care for patients with sensory, verbal and other processing challenges.
Objectives:
Define autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Identify common characteristics that might be present in pediatric and adult patients with ASD
Learn practical strategies for adapting to the unique challenges of patients with ASD
Outline what EMS practitioners should (and should not) do to ensure optimum outcomes for these patients
